This license allows you to:

• Access and use the Trackz dashboard to monitor your websites and services.
• Configure uptime checks, performance audits, SSL monitoring, and SMTP checks.
• Invite team members to collaborate within your workspace.
• Export your monitoring data in supported formats.
• Use the API within documented rate limits for integration purposes.

Unauthorized Access

• Attempting to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
• Using the service to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of third-party systems without authorization.
• Circumventing any security measures or access controls of the service.

Misuse of Service

• Using the service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Interfering with or disrupting the service or its infrastructure.
• Using the service to send unsolicited communications or spam.
• Monitoring websites or services you do not own or have permission to monitor.

Commercial Restrictions

• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the service without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the service.
• Using the service to build a competing product or service.

Our Property

The Trackz service, including its design, features, code, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Trackz and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you submit to or generate through the service. By using Trackz, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the service, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation. We are not obligated to implement any feedback.

Disclaimer of Warranties. The Trackz service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trackz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

Service Availability. While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen outages may affect service availability.

Maximum Liability. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination by You

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if required by law. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as limitation of liability and governing law) will remain in effect.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

Severability

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trackz regarding your use of the service.
